When Greece’s foremost honey producer introduced its wild flora honey to the UK, they asked Broccoli to take on the project. We brought on board several specialists in their field and orchestrated their work. Firstly, researching target consumers and designing a brand-new identity suited to the UK market. This was rolled out in advertising, point of sale material and on displays at food-focused events where the product was sampled to consumers. Broccoli also coordinated the work of PR gurus who worked with the trade press to support the launch.
For food importer and distributor John and Pascalis, Broccoli designed a fresh new label for Anari cheese, a soft cheese from Cyprus. The product was picked up by Waitrose supermarkets and can be found alongside ricotta and haloumi.
Broccoli also handled the re-design of a suite of labels for Greek olive mixes sold in ethnic delis.
